I am a mobile Personal Trainer and can train where you feel comfortable, whether that is in your own home, a local park or gardens. I also can train you in a fully functioning gym called Metamorfit here in Eastbourne.

 

 

Personal Training is there to help you lose excess weight, tone up, build muscle, stay in shape and improve your fitness levels.

Personal Training is also there to help you regain your self-confidence and help you feel more energised.

You can also use training to gain a better quality of life if you suffer with mobility loss.

 

 

With all my Personal Training packages and bulk sessions I include a FREE consultation. This is our opportunity to meet each other, discuss your goals and work out a plan on how I can help you achieve these. It's also a time where we can talk about what days and time you can train. I am very flexible, but timings and days are subject to availability.

All the sessions are planned in advance and are tailored to you as an individual meaning sessions are varied and never the same, all worked to your own abilities.

Personal Training 1-2-1 sessions

 

An intense 30 minute session £40

 

60 Minute session £55

 

Ten Sessions of 60 minutes: Min 2 a week: £500

 

Five Sessions of 60 minutes: £250

 

Group Training

 

If you do not like training by yourself bring a friend or a group of friends and train together.

I can offer group sessions for up to six people with all the added benefits of training on your own.

£60 for a 60 minute session.

 

 

Monthly Payment Plan

 

Monthly prices are available and will vary from month to month and the number of sessions each week. These are at a cost of £42.50 per session. These will only be available after taking part in either the 5 or 10 sessions first.
