I'm the founder of Made2Fit Personal Training and I've been helping people transform their health, fitness and confidence for over 16 years.
My journey into fitness started from a love of sport.
From playing football growing up to studying Sports Science, I always had a passion for understanding how the human body works and how we can improve ourselves.
That passion eventually led me into becoming a Personal Trainer, and I haven't looked back since.
Over the years, I've realised something important...
